We are delighted to share that once again Credit Unions have been voted first place in the Customer Experience Index for eight consecutive years, which is a record-breaking achievement for the movement and a testament to support from Members and the contribution and dedication of Volunteers, Directors, and Staff.

Credit Unions have also ranked first in the Ireland Sustainability RepTrak Index 2022.

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do and while Black Raven is not based in the community like a high street credit union, we are very much a community but based in the workplace.

Our values and purpose are the same as every other credit union on the island of Ireland and indeed throughout the World.

We want to take this opportunity to remind you that you can be a member of two credit unions, one where you live and one where you work. So if you are reading this Newsletter and aren’t a member or know of a friend who might be interested in joining, please consider opening an account.

Our 65th Draw took place on 25th October 2022!! International Credit Union Day Competition:

We celebrated International Credit Union Day on Thursday 20th October 2022.  This year’s theme is ‘Empower Your Financial Future with a Credit Union’.  We held a draw for 3 €50 One For All Vouchers. Once Voucher for each area.
